Bruce has a deep understanding of the electronics industry, and consults extensively with senior executives to help them optimize business models, organizations, and operations. He has over 25 years of experience helping companies gain competitive advantage through innovative strategies and transformation. Bruce previously led the Industrial Sector supply chain practice as a Partner & Vice President for IBM Global Business Services.

Prior to her present appointment of General Manager of IBM Greater China Group, Shally has held many leadership positions from products support to various services units, including Vice President of Industry & Value Creation and Vice President of Financial Services Sector at IBM Greater China Group. Shally had been engaging best-fit IT solutions to many clients, facilitating offerings portfolio, building organization capability, leading business and process transformation by leveraging her unique background across application development, systems integration, infrastructure and products services, consulting and Business Partners. Shally Wang has 32 years of IT experience with IBM.

Tracy Tsai has 24 years of experience in the IT Industry, with 17 years at Gartner Research. Tracy helps both IT providers and users to evolve, grow, and innovate business by providing deep insight and advice in the areas of Internet of Things, personal devices, connected home, enterprise mobility, and user behavior. She works with executive officers and managers in the areas of product R&D, product planning, marketing, sales and operations, and financial investment. Rick is the most prolific inventor in IBM history and the 23rd most prolific inventor in world history. Rick has deep experience in infrastructure architecture, application development, and managing client engagements. In recent years, he has actively worked to define IBM’s Cloud, IoT, and Cognitive offerings. A frequent analyst and speaker, he has spoken on cloud computing, innovation cultures, and intellectual property management to clients in 29 countries. Rick is a member of the IBM Academy of Technology, IBM Academy of Technology Leadership Teamand IBM Academy of Technology Master Inventor Program. He has over 720 US patents issued and 250 technical publications released on behalf of IBM in varying software, services, and hardware areas.

Yung-Chang Tan is Director in the Foxconn Technology Group. He leads robotic software development in the Automation Robotics Unit. He has extensive experience in motion planning, machine vision, and factory automation. Before joining Foxconn, he was a CAE analyst in Ford Motor Company for engine dynamics, NVH, reliability. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan.

As the TP Vision Deputy Director of GSI (Global Smart Innovations), Bryant Lin is responsible for building up the ecosystem for the brand’s TVs, monitors, tablets and smartphones,. Bryant works directly with technical partners such as IBM, as well as primary application providers including Netflix, Amazon and Google. With over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, Bryant has been granted 15 patents, and also helped build TPV Technology’s first-ever smart TV.

Peter has been with IBM Bluemix organization since its inception, helping clients with their journey on Cloud. Peter is an Internet of Things evangelist, having presented IBM IoT capabilities at numerous client engagements, meetings, hackathons, and conferences. Peter is also involved with IoT industry bodies, such as AllSeen, MQTT, TIZEN and GENIVI. Prior to Bluemix, Peter was with the IBM WebSphere Software Group for over 15 years, holding various positions in lab services consulting, technical sales, and Tiger teams. He also has deep technical & business skills in Java EE, Integration, SOA, BPM, API and mobile technologies.

As Program Director in the IBM Security Business Unit, Mr. Bobillier leads the global Security Solutions Tiger Team aimed to drive the design and sales of the largest and most complex client security solutions around the world. Prior to his current assignment, he was global sales manager Security Solutions, managed the IBM's Trusted Identity initiative sales for Europe and Asia-Pacific regions, led the Security and Privacy Services offering as Global Offering Executive for the IBM Corporation and headed the e-business initiative in the European Central Region. Michel Bobillier has over 30 years of experience in ICT, security solutions, sales, marketing, and business development.

John Constantopoulos is a Global Business Development Executive and Cognitive Manufacturing Leader for IBM global electronics industry. In this position, John helps clients to transform their business into the new era of Internet of Things and the Industrial Internet (Industry 4.0) leveraging cloud, mobile, analytics, social and security to energize growth in new and existing markets. John has spent more than 15 years in the industry with extensive work across operations and business strategy, driving new technology initiatives throughout Asia, US, and Europe.

David Chen has over 20 years of diversified experience in management consulting, business development, and project management within Hi-Tech manufacturing, banking, financial services, insurance, and government. He built and managed a consulting and outsourcing practice in AP, leading it for over six years. David is the IBM electronics industry business leader for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan (IBM Greater China Group).

A 20-year industry veteran, MK has worked across industries and brings deep client engagement, consulting and project implementation expertise. In his current role, he helps to identify focus clients and targeted solutions for the electronics industry particularly in Smarter Manufacturing. He has great exposure across different Factory and Digital Front Office solutions and deep experience helping clients overcome challenges in the high tech and consumer electronic sectors. He has successfully lead multi-million dollar integration projects and with cross-functional teams, he helped develop fully automated factory systems, B2B collaboration platforms, and strategic growth plans for clients.

Ms. Zhang Hongwei currently serves as a Technical Sales Leader for IBM Greater China Information Security Technology, leading the information security expert group for business customers. Ms. Zhang Hongwei previously held leadership positions to co-develop software with business partners and promote IBM software group business in China. Ms. Zhang Hongwei is an experienced software engineer with deep knowledge in security solutions, technical support, and training.

Dr. Rami Ahola has over 20 years of experience working with clients within semiconductor, network equipment, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Rami leads the IBM Electronics Industry CoC (Center of Competency) which includes a high-performance team of industry experts and management consultants that perform client engagements worldwide. Dr Ahola combines his industry knowledge with first-hand experience in R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain processes to help his clients achieve business outcomes. Rami has a D.Sc. in Microelectronics and M.Sc. in Microelectronics and Applied Electronics.

With over 28 years at IBM, he has worked on CIM solution for semiconductors, LCD panel, printed circuit board and solar manufacturing, including deep experience with program scheduling projects for various kinds of manufacturing.

Andy Vogel has over 20 years of experience working with microelectronics factories. He has helped to optimize and reduce cost from the end-to-end supply chain of IBM’s servers and chip fabs, through electronic packaging, assembly, and test. He is an expert with manufacturing IT and analytics, particularly around yield, quality, electrical characterization, and reliability engineering.
