歐柏叡 Olivier Blachier

Mr. Blachier於2007年加入液空集團，先後在太陽能光電、電子和工業事業中擔任關鍵職務。他在2018年接任亞東工業氣體總裁，並同時擔任液空集團大中華區電子事業處副總裁。 Mr. Blachier擁有美國加州大學柏克萊分校的商業和金融學位，以及法國格勒諾布爾理工學院的流體力學和化學工程理學碩士學位。
Olivier Blachier joined Air Liquide Group in 2007. He played critical roles in Solar Photovoltaic, Electronics, and Industrial Merchant World Business respectively in the group. Mr. Blachier took on the role of President of Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE), as well as Electronics VP responsibility for the Greater China Cluster in 2018.
Mr. Blachier is a French-American dual-citizen holding Business & Finance degree from UC Berkeley (USA) and a Master of Sciences in Fluid Mechanics & Chemical Engineering from Grenoble Polytechnique National Institute (France).

Mr. Grzegorzewski是代表歐盟在台灣的高級外交官，他熟悉亞洲事務，並在祖國波蘭的外交機構和歐盟的外交機構中擔任重要職務。

Filip Grzegorzewski, representing the European Union in Taiwan, is a senior diplomat in the European External Action Service. He specialises in Asia, and has held key positions in both his national diplomatic service and that of the European Union. He has been appointed as the Head of European Economic and Trade Office (EETO) from 1st September 2019. From 2015 until August 2019, Filip Grzegorzewski was Chair of the Council Working Group on Asia - Oceania (COASI). From 2013 to mid-2015 he was Director General of Asia-Pacific Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. He also acted as ASEM Senior Official, and National Coordinator of the Central and Eastern Europe - China cooperation (16+1). Between 2011 and 2013 he was Head of the Policy Unit and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Paolo Ingarao於2000年以機械工程師的身份開始了他的職業生涯，而後曾在意大利，比利時，英國，中國大陸等國家以高階主管職位，管理跨國企業之製造流程，現於臺灣擔任MHI Vestas亞太區採購主管。他曾服務多家跨國製造公司，其中包括Morgan Carbon，Bekaert，Betafence，GVS和Vestas。

Paolo Ingarao began his career in 2000 as a mechanical engineer, taking progressively more senior leadership roles in operations across Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, China and most recently in Taiwan as MHI Vestas’ Head of Procurement APAC. He has worked for multinational manufacturing companies, including Morgan Carbon, Bekaert, Betafence, GVS, and Vestas.
