Helen joined The Climate Group in 2017 as its Chief Executive Officer. In addition to leading the growing
Climate Group team, Helen sits on the board of the We Mean Business Coalition , chairs the Finance & Audit
Committee for the Sustainable Development Capital Energy Efficiency Income Trust, and is on the Mission Council
for Pukka Herbs.
Prior to joining The Climate Group, Helen worked at Forum for the Future where she founded the organization’s US office. At Forum, Helen led work with large US corporations such as Target, Walmart, Nike, Gap, and Levi Strauss & Co. to solve complex sustainability challenges at both the organizational and broader systemic level.
Helen joined Forum from Médecins Sans Frontières where she worked on humanitarian missions in countries includingDemocratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Pakistan and Nigeria.
Helen qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Cambridge University, and a master’s degree from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Vincent Shih sits in Microsoft Asia CELA Leadership Team, supporting Microsoft GCR Responsible AI Champion and Marketing and Operation Group, and also leads Taiwan CELA team in providing full scale of legal support, serving as the main contact on government relations and industry associations. Along with serving as Taiwan Branch General Manager for LinkedIn, Vincent is also active in community affairs such as being the Chairman of Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei; Deputy Chairman and Governor of American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, etc., committing to bring Microsoft global vision into Taiwan, and support government and industry's digital transformation.

Graduated from Kyoto University in 1992 and joined Daiwa House in the same year. Designed construction works, ‘Daiwa Osaka Bill’, ‘Ishibashi Nobuo Memorial Hall’ and others. He is responsible for environmental management strategy and global warming countermeasures, the First class architect, CASBEE Assessor in Daiwa House Group of the environmental management.

Prior to joining IKEA Taiwan, he has held the position of Country Sales Manager at IKEA Poland for 4 years, during which time the business development within Poland has been among the fastest of all IKEA retail countries.
Hugo has joined IKEA Taiwan on August, 2017. He’s experience on retail of other IKEA countries will further strengthen IKEA vision: To create a better everyday life for the many people in Taiwan.

Thomas Hsu, General Manager of Solar Power Asset Management business group, brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience in large solar and technology companies. Before joining URE (previous Neo Solar Power), he also served as CFO in Winbond Electronics, Innolux, and Tatung. Thomas graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Evangeline Wang holds a Master's degree from Harvard University. She is an Associate Partner with Baker & McKenzie Taipei and has substantial experiences in investments and project financing of green energy projects.
