本電子票券開立統一發票,於活動前7日由「商周集團」開立寄發。 A unified invoice will be issued for this E-Ticket, which will be issued and sent by "Business Weekly Group" 7 days before the event.
電子票券將於訂單完成後三個工作天內以電子郵件寄送,告知報到編號,一個編號為一位使用,不得重複使用。 The E-Ticket will be emailed within three working days after the order is completed, and the registration number will be provided. Each number is for one person and cannot be used repeatedly.

退換須知 Return and Exchange Instructions
退/換票時間:最遲須在活動日10日前(不含活動日)辦理退、換票。若因個人因素退票,需酌收手續費10%。
Refund/exchange time: Refunds and exchanges must be made at least 10 days before the event date (excluding the event day). If the E-Ticket is canceled due to personal reasons, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
購票後如因個人因素無法參加,恕無法退款。 If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons after purchasing the E-Ticket, no refund will be given.

陳麗婷長期帶領食品所ITIS團隊投入全球趨勢及國內食品產業研究,2017年開始,團隊每年對外發布[全球食品產業趨勢-食品所ITIS團隊觀點],關注AI對食品生態的影響力,2018年開始投入AI在食品應用的案例解構,持續與產業互動現在及未來的翻新改變。
The Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI) is the largest comprehensive research institution for food in Taiwan. Ms. Li-Ting Chen has been leading the FIRDI ITIS GROUP, focusing on global trends and domestic food industry research for a long time. Since 2017, the group has annually published the [Global Food Industry Trends - FIRDI ITIS Perspective]. Paying attention to the impact of AI on the food ecosystem, her group has been deconstructing AI applications in food since 2018, continuously interacting with the industry to address current and future innovations and changes.

Primogene 為去(2024)年EIT Food*新創獎得主之一,總部位於德國萊比錫。此公司研究出生物活性的原料,並進一步運用此專利原料,為早產兒、新生兒、銀髮族量身訂製個人化營養品。
註:EIT為歐盟成立的一個食品組織,用以投資符合永續食物系統概念之專案、公司行號、組織及個人。
Reza is CEO & Co-Founder of Primogene GmbH, a biotechnology company pioneering multi-enzyme systems for the sustainable production of human-identical functional ingredients. He holds a Ph.D. from the Max Planck Institute, where he developed an in vitro system for glycoengineering of therapeutic proteins, as well as scalable production of activated sugars. Reza is the inventor of four granted patents, has authored over 10 peer-reviewed publications, and has presented his work at numerous international conferences. His contributions have earned him multiple awards, including the International Max Planck Research School Award, the Shell Enhanced Learning Scholarship, and other academic honors recognizing excellence in research and innovation. He previously led enzyme development projects at c-LEcta GmbH. At Primogene, he is driving modular, cell-free bioprocesses to produce human-identical ingredients for early life and elderly nutrition.
Since 2002, Ushio Goto has been working at Calpis Co., Ltd., and was assigned to Vietnam twice for a total of seven years, where Ushio Goto was responsible for the sales and marketing of canned coffee and Calpis products for children.
Currently, Ushio Goto oversees overall marketing for the health-related direct-to-consumer (DTC) mail-order business at Asahi Group Foods.
Celia Ku, Manager of the Chairman’s Office at Chinyi Eggs Technology Corporation, has a background in dermatology but chose to return to her family’s business, where she is helping lead Taiwan’s largest egg producer through a major transformation.
She has championed the company’s commitment to the green revolution by embedding ESG principles into its core operations and expanding the potential of egg reutilization. Under her leadership, Chinyi Eggs Technology Corporation has evolved from a traditional egg supplier into a biotechnology-driven enterprise, pioneering a new path toward sustainability.
蔡淑珍 Shwu-Jene Tsai農業部農業試驗所 研究員 Researcher, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute, Ministry of Agriculture
任職於農業部農業試驗所超過25年,擔任食品國家標準技術委員會委員。具有農業技術和食品技術雙重專業背景,串結農業生產、農產品加工和其他跨領域的研究。主要研究為開發導入新穎性加工技術、運用國產原料開發多元加工產品、提昇產品機能性、監測農產品安全、發展循環農業、及技術擴散與推廣等。
With over 25 years of service at the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute under the Ministry of Agriculture, Shwu-Jene Tsai also serves as a National Food Standards Technical Committee member. She brings dual expertise in agricultural and food technologies, bridging agricultural production, agri-food processing, and interdisciplinary research.
Her primary work focuses on developing and integrating novel processing technologies, utilizing domestically produced ingredients to develop diversified processed foods, enhancing product functionality, monitoring agricultural product safety, promoting circular agriculture, and facilitating technology transfer and extension.
With decades of experience at Unilever, Sharon has rotated through multiple departments, including Human Resources, Trade Marketing, and Brand Marketing. Her extensive marketing background spans various categories, including personal care, home care, and food products.
She currently serves as the Head of Unilever Taiwan’s Foods Business Unit, overseeing brand and business development efforts in the local market, most notably for the Knorr brand.
