Mr. Géza ReichardtCEO, Rextra Kereskedelmi kft
Mr. Géza Reichardt was born in 1958. His responsibilities included organizing a logistics system, building a sales network, managing financial operations, overseeing company operations, and leading research and development tasks, particularly the development of various medical devices.
Starting from scratch, he successfully built Rextra into Hungary's number one healthcare distributor, employing around 100 people. Rextra is now the largest healthcare distribution company in Hungary, operating 24 stores located in major cities across the country.
The company has also expanded internationally by establishing subsidiaries in neighboring countries such as Romania, Slovakia, and Croatia. These operations are supplied from Rextra’s 5,000-square-meter logistics center in Budapest.
Rextra offers a portfolio of 13,000 types of medical devices, most of which are available from stock. The company partners with over 300 shipping companies and operates its own medical device manufacturing facilities. Approximately 50% of its products are imported from around 40 different countries. Rextra frequently exhibits at major international medical fairs, including MEDICA in Düsseldorf, Arab Health in Dubai, and FIME in the USA.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Dat Bui has played a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives across APAC and America. He has consulted for and collaborated with leading healthcare providers, payers, and technology partners, driving innovation in AI, IoT, and telemedicine solutions.
Currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions at FPT Software’s Global Healthcare Center — a 1,600+ member organization specializing in healthcare digital transformation — Mr. Dat Bui leads strategic initiatives to help world-class enterprises enhance healthcare accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. His deep expertise spans the application of emerging technologies to solve critical challenges in both regional and global healthcare markets.

Ms. Chrystal GohSenior Content Strategist, Ageing Asia
Chrystal Goh is the Senior Content Strategist and a key member of the management team at Ageing Asia, Asia Pacific’s first industry alliance dedicated to the business of ageing. With four years of experience in the sector, she plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic programmes and content that influence regional and global dialogues on the US$4.56 trillion silver economy.
Mentored by Janice Chia, Founder and Managing Director of Ageing Asia, Chrystal is recognised as an emerging thought leader and international speaker on longevity economy trends. Her work focuses on healthy ageing, the future of care models, and innovation in eldercare—topics she has presented at leading ageing and healthcare forums across the region.
Chrystal holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology with Honours (Distinction) and a Minor in Special Needs Education and Inclusivity from Nanyang Technological University. She brings a strong foundation in social policy, demographic research, and cross-sector collaboration to her role, and is committed to advancing inclusive, forward-looking solutions for population ageing.
Chrystal’s insights are grounded, data-informed, and shaped by her active engagement with policymakers, business leaders, and community stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific.
