Robert SawhneyWatson Gym Equipment 亞太區執行長Robert is the CEO (APAC) and Chief Commercial Officer for Watson Gym Equipment from the UK.
He has had a varied career spanning health and fitness, consultancy, and academia. The author of 2 books, Marketing Professional Services in Asia (Lexis Nexis, 2009) which was called one of the most indigenous books on Asian marketing by Professor Oliver Yau (Chair Professor of Marketing at City University HK) and Developing a Profitable Practice in Asia (Ark Group, 2010), Robert has also published over 50 articles in various newspapers and magazines on the topics of strategy, marketing, and leadership. He has spoken at numerous events as a keynote speaker or panelist around Asia.
He has a BSc in Sports Science and Management from Brunel University and an MBA from the University of Lincoln. He did his doctoral studies in strategy at a university in Hong Kong.

Michael Nendwich , from Vienna, Austria, started in September 2017 as the FEDAS Executive Director.
Recently, he was the first person to be additional elected Vice President of FESI and now represents both major associations. He brings more than 25 years of sporting goods industry experience in the broadest sense. His professional experience goes from retail to wholesale with excellent knowledge in the field tourism. But he is not only an expert for the sporting goods business he is still part of the business as CEO of Sports Consulting KG. Sports Consulting KG is running sport shops, ski schools, holiday apartments and offering specific consulting services in the field of sporting goods and tourism.

於2024年接任台灣全真概念健康事業擔任執行長。
曾任職於台灣新天地餐飲集團、東莞勁勝精密、昆山星期九生態莊園等,並參與多地酒店及生態觀光項目。2013年轉入大健康產業,加入台灣聯新醫療國際集團(上海禾新醫院),2014年創立上海維鎔健康管理公司,2015年與太原台商協會合作,推動養老、科技農業、觀光休閒及文創產業發展。2019年起,促進兩岸醫療合作,助力太原市中心醫院提升醫療品質,並持續整合資源,推動跨區域產業發展。
Entering the food and beverage industry in 1991, I have witnessed and contributed to the evolving markets in Taiwan and Mainland China. In 2009, I expanded into Mainland China, actively participating in the rapid growth of the service sector. My experience includes key roles at Taiwan’s New Palace Restaurant Group, Dongguan Jinsheng Precision Components, and Kunshan Sunday Nine Eco-Park, along with involvement in hotel and eco-tourism projects across Ningbo, Xiamen, Nanjing, and Suzhou.
In 2013, I transitioned into the healthcare industry by joining Taiwan’s Lianxin International Medical Group (Shanghai Hexin Hospital). In 2014, I established Shanghai Weirong Health Management Company, and in 2015, I collaborated with the Taiyuan Taiwanese Business Association to drive developments in elderly care, smart agriculture, tourism, and cultural industries. Since 2019, I have been actively promoting cross-strait medical cooperation, supporting Taiyuan Central Hospital in enhancing healthcare quality while continuously integrating resources to foster regional industrial development.
As the Executive Vice President of the Taiwanese Business Association, I have actively engaged in cross-strait exchanges and investment initiatives, facilitating cultural, tourism, and economic collaborations between Shanxi and Taiwan. With extensive experience in the Mainland market, I remain committed to leveraging Taiwan’s expertise to foster industry partnerships and contribute to cross-strait economic growth.
Jamie is an expert in the health and fitness industry with experiences across sales, operations and development in both consumer and commercial fitness. Co-founded Fitbutler back in 2020, and have since been focusing on the digitalization of fitness club development. He is also on the board of directors for Curves Taiwan, with 139 gym locations.
I joined MoreFit in 2020 as a personal trainer, and currently serve as store manager in MoreFit Qizhang. With 2 times experience in store planning and opening preparation (Songjiang store and Qizhang store), I have a strong background in store planning, operation and management. I also have been served as lecturer of occupational health management for years, with over 10 clients including Philips, HeySong, Ogilvy, etc. This seminar aims to provide the audience with practical insights into different style of gym operation and management.
